We are urgently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to coordinate, guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the company. The HR Manager will report to the CEO and Directors.
Degree in HR.
Minimum 3 years working experience in HR.
Roles & Responsibilities below, but not limited to:
Recruiting and staffing.
Organizational departmental planning.
Bi-annually performance management and improvement systems.
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
Employee development, needs assessment and training.
Policy development and documentation.
Policies & Procedures.
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Employee services and counseling.
