The Office manager will responsible for organizing, planning and overseeing  the staff in our offices, and making sure the office runs smoothly. This involves keeping supplies in stock, making sure administrative and office staff are doing their jobs, making sure facilities are clean, orderly and safe and determining cost and energy efficient savings for the office.

5 years’ experience in office management and HR concerns

Previous experience in ordering supplies, customer service, facilities maintenance



Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures

conduct orientation of new staff members

motivate, mentor and coach staff

delegate and coordinate work tasks

resolve disputes and grievances

keep staff attendance reports
