We are urgently looking for a fluent isiZulu speaking female Human Resources (HR) Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate, guide and manage the overall provision of HR, policies and programs for the company in the Pietermaritzburg office. The HR Manager will report to the CEO and Directors.
Degree in HR.
Minimum 3 years working experience as an HR Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities below, but not limited to:
Recruiting and staffing.
Organizational departmental planning.
Bi-annually performance management and improvement systems.
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
Employee development, needs assessment and training.
Policy development and documentation.
Policies & Procedures.
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Employee services and counseling.
