Hi! I’m Ash, a registered Dietitian in Cape Town, offering specialized nutrition counseling and treatment for all ages.
I have a special focus in educating my clients towards a healthier relationship with food for improved health and wellbeing. I like to think of myself as a Wellness-Dietitian not a weight loss-Dietitian, and use this as a basis for my education and therapy. Healthy changes to one’s body composition are more often than not a side effect of focusing on improving your health, wellbeing, and relationship to food in a sustainable way.

✔ Adult Nutrition: Ashley Krige provides tailored nutrition support for weight management, diabetes care, gut health, sports performance, and chronic conditions like high blood pressure and cholesterol.
✔ General Practitioner Services: Ashley Krige supports maternal health with nutrition guidance for pregnancy, weight management,
gestational diabetes, high-risk pregnancies, and iron deficiency.
✔ Infant & Toddler Nutrition: Ashley Krige provides support for growth monitoring, breastfeeding, reflux, gut health, allergies, fussy eating, and special needs nutrition.
What Medical Aid Plans does Thrive Dietitian accept?
Please note Thrive Dietitian is a cash based practice who asks their clients to settle in full for their appointment via Yoco pay-point after it is completed. All invoices are prepared to be suitable for medical aid submissions should you wish to submit your paid invoice for reimbursement from your medical aid.
