Cannot reach a branch? Home test kits are delivered anywhere in South Africa for PCR swab tests: STIs, HPV, BV, UTI and gut health. Discreet packaging. Prepaid return label. Same laboratory analysis as walk-in tests. Stellenbosch students can collect from Stelkor pharmacy pickup points.
How kit pickup works
Order your kit online, then collect it from whichever point suits you during their opening hours. Take the sample at home, in your own time, following the instructions in the box. Book a free collection and we fetch it, or drop it back at the same pickup point. Results are emailed to you in 5 to 7 working days.
Nothing is said out loud at the counter. You collect a sealed, unbranded box. Staff do not open it, do not know which test is inside, and never see your results. Results come from us, to you, by email.
What these points stock: sexual health PCR panels, HPV, UTI and BV kits. Gut health kits are not available here; those come by courier or from any Epicentre branch. 10% student discount with a Varsity Vibe ID at the Stellenbosch points, at any branch and online.

Do I need to book to collect a kit?
No. Order online and collect during the pickup point's opening hours. If you would rather check stock first, message us on WhatsApp.
Will anyone know what I am collecting?
No. The box is sealed and unbranded. Staff hand it over without opening it, and your results never go near the pickup point.
How do I get the sample back to you?
Book a free collection and we fetch it, or drop it back at the same pickup point. Free collection applies across Cape Town, Stellenbosch and surrounds.
Can I collect a gut health kit at these points?
No. Gut kits come by courier nationwide, or from any Epicentre branch. The one exception is Dr David Nye's practice in Pinelands.
What if there is no pickup point near me?
Home kits are couriered anywhere in South Africa in discreet packaging with a prepaid return label. Free within 10km of a branch, R300 elsewhere.
How long do results take?
5 to 7 working days from the laboratory receiving your sample, emailed directly to you.
