How Home Kit Delivery Works

Four simple steps from order to results.

Order online

Choose your kit from our online shop. Select delivery to your door or collection from a pickup point.

Receive your kit

Your kit arrives in discreet, unmarked packaging within 1 – 2 business days (10km) or 2 – 4 business days (nationwide).

Collect your sample

Follow the simple instructions included in your kit. Sexual health tests require a urine sample or self-swab. Gut health kits include a toilet cover and sample scooper for easy stool collection. No blood draw needed.

Schedule return pickup

Place your sample in the biohazard bag provided, seal the return packaging, and schedule a free courier pickup via WhatsApp (072 843 7564) or the link in your kit instructions. Results in 2 – 5 working days.

Yes. The R300 nationwide fee covers both delivery to you and courier pickup of your completed sample. There are no additional charges.
Yes. If you're near one of our walk-in labs, you're welcome to drop off your completed kit during opening hours (Mon – Fri, 08:30 – 16:00). This avoids any delivery fee entirely.
We recommend scheduling your return pickup within 24 hours of collecting your sample. Follow the storage instructions in your kit, as some samples need to be kept at room temperature and others may need refrigeration.
Sexual health PCR panels (small, medium, large, extra-large), HPV screening, UTI screening, and BV screening are available online. Gut health kits (essentials, comprehensive, deep dive) can be ordered from any Epicentre branch, shipped nationwide, or collected from Dr David Nye's office in Pinelands. Blood-based tests require a walk-in visit.
No. The packaging is plain and unmarked with no Epicentre branding, medical terminology, or test descriptions visible on the outside. It looks like any other online delivery.
