How to claim it
Claim it at a branch, or on a home kit
The same 10% either way. Most people come in to a branch, but a home kit can save you the trip.
At a branch
Walk in to Observatory, Hillcrest or Parktown North. No appointment needed.
- Bring an ID that shows you’re 60 or over
- Choose your tests with our team, or bring a list from your doctor
- We take 10% off at the till, then you can pay by card, cash or Payflex
- Results are emailed to you: blood tests in 2 to 5 working days
With a home kit
Sexual health, HPV, UTI and BV kits, posted to you or collected from a branch.
- WhatsApp a photo of your ID to 072 843 7564 and we apply your 10% to the order
- Take your sample at home, in about five minutes
- We book the courier to collect it from you
- Free delivery and return within 10km of a branch, R300 anywhere else in South Africa
In Pretoria, Centurion or Midrand, a nurse can come to you for blood tests, R650 a visit. The 10% comes off the tests, not the call-out fee.
