What this does not do
A broad panel is a snapshot. It flags areas to look at; it does not diagnose anything on its own.
- Results are a screen, not a diagnosis; values outside range need follow-up with a doctor.
- Hormone results are best interpreted by a clinician alongside your training and history.
- If you use any supplements or medicines, mention them when you discuss your results.
- A normal panel does not rule out every issue; some problems need other tests.
- If you feel unwell, see a doctor rather than waiting for a routine panel.
