Cannot reach a branch? Home test kits are delivered anywhere in South Africa for PCR swab tests: STIs, HPV, BV, UTI and gut health. Discreet packaging. Prepaid return label. Same laboratory analysis as walk-in tests. Stellenbosch students can collect from Stelkor pharmacy pickup points.

What to Expect When You Visit

Walk in during opening hours. Tell reception which test you want, or ask for guidance. A registered nurse collects your sample: blood draw from your arm, or self-collected swab in a private room for PCR tests. The visit takes about 15 minutes. Pay at reception (cash, card, EFT or Payflex interest-free instalments). Results arrive via email in 2 – 7 working days.

Urgent results available. Antibody tests (HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes): under 24 hours at no extra charge. PCR tests: from 48 hours for an additional fee. Ask at reception.

Anonymous testing is available at all branches. Pseudonyms accepted. No ID required. 10% student discount. 10% pensioner discount.
