Who are we? We are a dynamic, multi-ethnic team. We are leading the way in South Africa’s health industry!
Cherie Cawood
CEO
The founding member of the Epicentre team. Cherie holds a BCom in Marketing, an MBA, a post graduate degree in monitoring & evaluation, and she is a skilled project manager.
Cherie is a senior researcher has been the principal investigator on many large scale research projects and has published extensively in high impact journals. Over the last 20 years she has implemented health programs that have made a positive impact on society .
David Khanyile
Director & Regional Manager (JHB)
David holds a BA in Social Science, has an Honours in both Psychology and in HIV/AIDS. He has published extensively in high impact journals.
David is a senior scientist with two decades of experience in leading Epicentre’s field operations. He is skilled at implementing studies and programs. David is essential in managing large teams to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to and high quality results achieved.
