Do I need a referral to get tested?
▼No doctor's referral is needed for any of our walk-in lab tests. Simply visit any of our branches during operating hours. For medical aid claims, a referral from your doctor may be required. Check with your provider.
What is the fastest way to get help?
▼WhatsApp is our fastest channel. Most queries are answered within 5 minutes during business hours. You can reach us on 072 843 7564 from any branch.
Can I book an appointment online?
▼Yes! You can book a specific time slot at any of our labs through our online booking system. Walk-ins are also welcome. No appointment necessary.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend testing?
▼Our labs are open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00. For urgent after-hours needs, please WhatsApp us and we will do our best to accommodate. Home testing kits are also available for anytime, anywhere testing.
How do I get my results?
▼Results are sent to you via email, or via WhatsApp if you prefer. Turnaround times depend on the test: blood tests take 2 to 5 working days (urgent results can be ready in as little as 24 hours) and PCR tests take 5 to 7 working days. Is my information kept confidential?
▼Yes. We follow strict POPIA guidelines and medical confidentiality standards. Your results are only shared with you unless you provide written consent for a third party.
