What are the tests in the Sport Test Package?

This package includes tests for blood health, glucose control, cholesterol balance, muscle enzyme levels, thyroid function, and key vitamins and minerals, ensuring your body is performing at its best. By identifying potential deficiencies or imbalances, you can fine-tune your training, recovery, and nutrition plan for optimal results.

Blood test used to evaluate your overall health and detect a wide range of disorders, including anaemia, infection and leukaemia.
A fasting blood sugar test is used to measure sugar in your blood. This test is a simple, safe and common way to diagnose prediabetes, diabetes or gestational diabetes. To prepare for this test, don’t eat and only drink water for 8 to 12 hours before the test.
Lipogram (Cholesterol, HDL, TRIG & LDL)
This test (panel) measures the level of the different lipids and lipid-like substances in the blood. Cholesterol and triglycerides are carried in the blood by lipoprotein particles. These particles are also measured and classified according to density. The lipogram is used to help predict the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and determine treatment. The lipogram is used to monitor the effectiveness of and or response to therapy.

Creatine Kinase MB (CKMB – Cardio Vascular Disease)
CK–MB is one of three forms (or isoenzymes) of the enzyme creatine kinase (CK). CK–MB is found mostly in heart muscle. It rises when there is any damage to heart muscle cells.
This test looks for a critical mineral that enables bone health, the functioning of muscles, and the cardiovascular and nervous systems. The main sources of calcium are dietary, but the mineral’s levels in the blood do not normally fluctuate based on diet. Instead, calcium in the blood is usually drawn from being stored in the bones.
A vitamin D blood test measures the level of vitamin D in your blood. Abnormal levels of vitamin D can indicate bone disorders, nutrition problems, organ damage, or other medical conditions.
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Test
A thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) test is a common blood test used to measure how well the thyroid gland is working.
Liver function tests are blood tests used to help diagnose and monitor liver disease or damage. The tests measure the levels of certain enzymes and proteins in your blood.
