The reproductive, thyroid and iron markers that shape fertility, grouped so you can see the picture. All from one blood draw.
Cycle hormones
FSH, LH, Progesterone. The hormones that map ovulation and the rhythm of the menstrual cycle.
Ovarian reserve and prolactin
AMH, Prolactin. AMH reflects the egg reserve and is stable across the cycle; prolactin, best read in the morning, can disrupt ovulation when raised.
Thyroid
TSH, Free T3, Free T4. A full thyroid picture, since thyroid balance is important for regular cycles and fertility.
Iron stores
Serum Iron, Ferritin. Iron and ferritin (your iron stores), which affect energy and reproductive health.
