What's tested

What does the panel measure?

Thirteen markers that influence mood, focus and energy, grouped into the nutrients, hormones and inflammation behind how you feel. All from one fasted blood draw.

The body behind the mood: low mood, brain fog and fatigue often have physical contributors, from nutrient levels to thyroid, stress hormones and inflammation. This panel measures them so they can be addressed alongside your mental-health care. Fasting gives the most accurate readings.

Nutrients behind mood

Vitamin B12, Folate, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Iron Studies, Calcium. The vitamins and minerals most closely tied to energy, focus and mood; deficiencies here can mimic or worsen low mood.

Hormones and stress

Cortisol, DHEAS, Free Testosterone, TSH. Your stress hormones, an androgen marker and thyroid, all of which shape mood, drive and mental clarity.

Metabolism and inflammation

Insulin Fasting, CRP, Homocysteine. Blood-sugar handling, an inflammation marker and homocysteine, each linked to brain health and mood.

The staff at reception as well as the nurses are friendly and professional. I've also always received results timeously. I would give 10 stars if I could.

What this does not do

This panel looks at the biological contributors to mood and cognition. It is not a psychiatric diagnosis, and it does not replace mental-health care.

  • A normal result does not rule out a mental-health condition, and an abnormal one does not fully explain it; the two are read together.
  • Results are best discussed with your doctor or a mental-health professional, who can see the whole picture.
  • If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to your doctor or a qualified professional for support; this test is one helpful piece, not a substitute for care.
  • Hormone and stress markers shift with time of day and cycle, so your clinician reads them in context.
