Order your kit online. It arrives in plain, unmarked packaging with clear instructions. Collect your sample at home (a simple swab for sexual health / BV / UTI, or a stool sample for gut health), seal it in the provided container, and post it back using the prepaid return label. Results are emailed within 5 – 7 working days, or 10 – 14 working days for gut health panels.
Can I collect a kit instead of waiting for delivery?
Yes. We have pickup points in Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Durban where you can collect a sexual health, HPV, UTI or BV kit the same day. The box is sealed and unbranded, and staff at the pickup point never see your results. Gut kits are not stocked at pickup points.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All kits are delivered in plain packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.
How long do results take?
Most results take 5 – 7 working days from when the lab receives your sample. Gut health panels take 10 – 14 working days, and OptiWay food sensitivity testing takes 2 – 4 weeks. You receive two reports via email: a colour-coded report written in plain language, and a standard lab report your doctor will recognise.
Is there a pensioner discount?
Yes. 10% off all home test kits except gut health panels. That brings the UTI Package from R1,609 to R1,448, and the BV Screen from R1,609 to R1,448. Mention your pensioner status when ordering online, or present your ID at any branch for walk-in tests.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. Order online, test at home, get results by email. No referral, no appointment, no clinic visit needed. If your results require follow-up, we recommend sharing them with your GP.
