Epicentre is a diagnostic laboratory, not a medical practice. When your blood test results suggest follow-up care is needed, we connect you with independent doctors from our partner network. You choose the doctor. Treatment decisions are between you and them.
How It Works

Get tested at Epicentre
Walk in or book online. No doctor's referral needed. Over 180 tests from R63. Blood draw or self-collected swab. 15 minutes.
Receive your results
Results via email in 2 – 7 working days. Two reports: a plain-language ODx summary (colour-coded, easy to understand) plus a standard lab report (for any doctor).
Review your results
Your ODx report highlights markers in green (optimal), yellow (needs attention) or red (outside range). If everything is green, no follow-up is needed. If markers need attention, Epicentre can connect you with a doctor.
Get connected (if needed)
Epicentre provides a referral letter and connects you with an independent doctor from our partner network. You contact the doctor directly. Your results are shared only with your written consent.
You are never obligated to use a partner doctor. Your results belong to you. Take them to any GP, specialist or healthcare practitioner of your choosing. The partner network exists as a convenience for patients who do not have a regular doctor or who want a practitioner already familiar with Epicentre's testing and ODx reports.
