Walk in or book online at Epicentre's Observatory lab (24 Lower Main Road). No doctor's referral needed. Choose from 63+ packages.
Receive your results
Results via email in 2 – 7 working days. Two reports: a plain-language ODx summary (colour-coded) plus a standard lab report.
Review and decide
If markers need attention, you can choose to see Dr Nye or any doctor of your choosing. You are never obligated to use a partner.

Payment and Medical Aid
Dr Nye operates on a fee-for-service basis, requiring payment at the time of consultation. He accepts cash, card and EFT. He does not process medical aid claims directly, but provides an itemised statement that patients can use to claim reimbursement from their medical aid.
