MyfamilyGP operates as a private practice, so patients are asked to settle their accounts in advance at the time of their consultation. They will provide you with a detailed invoice containing all the necessary ICD-10 and procedure codes, which you can then submit to your medical aid for reimbursement according to your plan’s specific rates and rules. For specialised services, such as gender-affirming care, we recommend checking with your medical aid beforehand regarding pre-authorisation or specific funding protocols to ensure your administrative journey is as smooth as your clinical one.
