About Brendan Krause

Brendan is a health coach focused on helping people translate blood test results into sustainable lifestyle change. Blood tests and functional health reports provide valuable insight into what is happening inside the body, but many people struggle to turn those results into daily habits that actually lead to improved health.

Brendan provides structured accountability and simple, realistic strategies that fit into real life. His approach focuses on consistency over perfection, helping you build habits around nutrition, movement and daily routines that lead to measurable improvements in key health markers.

Working alongside your Epicentre results and ODx functional health report, Brendan helps you understand what matters most, prioritise the right changes and stay on track with ongoing support.

How It Works With Epicentre

Get tested at Epicentre

Walk in or book online at any branch. No doctor's referral needed. Your results include a plain-language ODx functional health report.

Review your results

Your ODx report highlights markers in green (optimal), yellow (needs attention) or red (outside range). If lifestyle changes could improve your markers, coaching can help.

Connect with Brendan

Epicentre provides a referral. Brendan reviews your results, identifies the markers that matter most and builds a practical plan around your specific situation.

Build habits, measure progress

Ongoing coaching sessions provide structured accountability. Retest at Epicentre after 3 – 6 months to measure improvements in your key health markers.

What Brendan Does and Does Not Do

Brendan does: review your blood test results with you, help you understand which markers to prioritise, build practical plans around nutrition, movement and daily routines, provide structured accountability and ongoing support, and help you measure progress through follow-up testing.

Brendan does not: diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or supplements, provide medical advice, replace your doctor or act as a therapist. For medical concerns, consult a healthcare practitioner.
