The whole picture, not just the answer
Coeliac rarely arrives alone. It depletes a long list of nutrients, it travels with thyroid autoimmunity more often than chance, and it can show up in the liver before it shows up in the gut. This panel covers all of it in one draw.
One blood draw, three tubes. No fasting needed.

WhatsApp usWhat does the screen cover?
Seventeen markers from one visit: confirmatory antibody testing, the full nutrient picture, and the autoimmune conditions that travel with coeliac.
Common STIs
Tissue Transglutaminase IgA, Endomysial Antibodies IgA, Immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM). The first-line antibody, the high-specificity confirmation that follows a positive result, and the total IgA that tells you whether either can be trusted.
What coeliac takes
Full Blood Count, Iron Studies, Vitamin B12, Folate, Vitamin D, Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium RBC, CRP Ultrasensitive, Homocysteine, LFT Panel. Iron studies rather than ferritin alone, because inflammation can push ferritin up and hide a real deficiency. Calcium alongside vitamin D for the bone risk that follows years of undiagnosed malabsorption. Zinc, which drives taste changes and skin problems. Homocysteine for functional B-vitamin status, and liver enzymes because raised transaminases are a recognised way coeliac presents.

How it works
Book or walk in
Pick a time online or just walk in. No doctor's referral and nothing to arrange beforehand.
A quick blood draw
A standard blood draw, three tubes. No fasting and nothing to prepare, so you can come at any time we are open.
Off to the lab
We handle the rest. Nothing further for you to do.
Results in 5 to 7 days
A clear, confidential report emailed to you, with a free certificate you can share with your doctor.
Who is this for?
For anyone who suspects gluten is a problem, or whose doctor has asked for coeliac testing.
Symptoms that fit
Bloating, cramping or bowel changes that come and go with no clear pattern.
Unexplained tiredness
Fatigue, low iron or an anaemia nobody has got to the bottom of.
You feel better off bread
And you want to know whether there is a reason, before cutting it out for good.
Family history
A close relative has coeliac disease, which raises your own chance considerably.
A positive result already
You have tested positive and want the confirmatory antibody and the nutrient picture before seeing a specialist.
Thyroid suspicion too
Thyroid autoimmunity is the commonest condition to travel with coeliac, and this panel covers both.
What people say
Friendly and competent staff. Both at reception and the nurse. A much simpler process than going through doctors. Thank you ladies.
The staff at reception as well as the nurses are friendly and professional. I've also always received results timeously. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Highly highly highly recommend. The experience was painless and the practice was inviting and well kept. The report was extremely detailed and informative and I would have this as top of my list for preventive care.
Amazing experience, highly professional staff. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Juliette and her team enough, friendly and kind from the get go. Bloods were drawn with minimal discomfort and the labs came back quickly.
Excellent experience at Epicentre. The staff were professional, kind, and took time to explain everything clearly. The facility was clean, booking was easy, and I did not feel rushed.
What this does not do
This is a screening panel, not a diagnosis. A positive coeliac antibody usually leads to a gut biopsy to confirm it, which is done by a gastroenterologist rather than by us. Your doctor decides what comes next.
- Some organisms on this panel can be present without causing problems; detecting one does not always mean treatment is needed.
- Results are best discussed with a clinician who can see the whole picture.
- If you have severe pain, fever or feel very unwell, seek medical care now rather than waiting for results.
- Results are meant to inform a discussion with a registered practitioner.
