Step 2. Then choose your test and add it to your cart. After you have paid a representative from Epicentre will contact you. Step 3. You will then receive your kit which have detailed instructions on how to collect your samples. Step 4. When you’re ready for your samples to be taken to the lab for analysis, simply give us a call, send through an email or WhatsApp us when you’re ready for pick-up. Step 5. Use the prepaid shipping label and packaging provided in your kit to send your samples back to our certified labs. We’ll sort out the rest! Step 6. Our professionals will process your samples and provide accurate results. You’ll be notified when your results are ready.
