Employee information sheet, consent, and laboratory forms

Employee COVID-19 testing at the workplace/home/at our offices conducted by trained nurses as required and booked by the designed COVID-19 manager

Sample shipped on ice to the COVID-19 testing laboratory

Result in 3-4 working days

Employees receive their results via SMS

Employee with COVID-19 receive a result from our doctor (if your workplace does not have an occupational health Doctor)

Testing

An EPIC COVID nurse will meet your employees at their home or workplace & perform a ‘nasopharyngeal swab’ (NPS). This swab will be sealed & immediately sent for testing

Consultation

Your results will be sent to you in 3-5 days. Should you test positive our EPIC doctor will counsel you through your diagnosis
